All groups meeting in conjunction with the CNS Annual Meeting are required to fill out an on-line application for meeting space.

• Space availability is not guaranteed. Growing interest in the CNS Annual Meeting translates into growing demand for meeting space in conjunction with the annual meeting. To ensure fairness, we require all groups wishing to meet in conjunction with the CNS Annual Meeting to complete the online application.
• Top priority is given to the growing number of CNS Special Interest Groups, committees and subcommittees.
• Secondary consideration will be given to non-CNS (adjunct) organizations/associations. Priority will be given to groups with close links to the CNS based on percentage of CNS members involved, history of participation in past CNS meetings, and level of direct financial support committed to the CNS Annual Meeting.
